Research

The college has a Research Committee formed in accordance with UGC XII plan guidelines, representing both the Science, Commerce and Arts streams. The committee scrutinize the research proposals for submission to funding agencies and monitors the progress made in ongoing research projects. It also updates the teachers about various Research schemes and Fellowships, and motivates them in applying for the same.

The college encourages the faculty members to initiate research programme and collaboration with other academic and professional institutions to gain the advantage of being an evening college in the heart of a metro city. The details of these activities are mentioned below:
